※ご入場の際、ランダムでご本人様確認をさせていただきます。必ず顔写真付き身分証明書(コピー不可・原本のみ有効)のご持参をお願いいたします。

※Bunnies Membership(JP)/(GL)先行で購入されたチケットはチケットプレイガイドにてご案内しております分配ができないチケットになります。追ってご案内のある発券に関する注意事項を必ずご確認の上、ご来場ください。(チケットぴあへの会員登録は必要ございません。)

※チケットは紙チケットとなります。受取方法は、必ず受付画面に記載の注意事項をよくご確認のうえ、お申込みください。

※公演延期・中止の場合を除き、チケット購入後のお客様のご事情によるキャンセル･変更･払い戻しは一切できません。あらかじめご了承いただいた上でお申込みください。

※お申込み完了後の、情報変更・申込みキャンセル等は一切お受けできませんので、ご注意ください。同じ公演に複数お申込みされた場合、最後のお申込みが有効になります。

公演に関する注意事項

■会場内への持ち込み物に関して

公演当日は会場内の安全向上のため、ご入場の際に手荷物チェックを行います。あらかじめご了承ください。

会場内への電子機器(カメラ、撮影機能付き双眼鏡、レコーダー、ビデオ等録音機器)および危険物の持ち込みは禁止されています。

会場内でのお預かりはいたしかねますので、スーツケース等のお荷物もあらかじめお近くのコインロッカー等にお預けになり、手荷物をコンパクトにしてご来場ください。

持ち込み禁止物が発見された場合は、スタッフの指示に従ってください。持ち込み禁止物がないことが確認でき次第、ご入場になります。

■チケットの転売・譲渡について

転売目的のチケット購入は一切禁止いたします。オークション・SNSなどで出品・購入行為が発覚した場合は、出品者および購入者の入場をお断りさせていただきます。

転売サイトへのチケット出品・購入はもちろん、オフライン・会場周辺でも転売・譲渡行為はなさらないようお願いいたします。また、ご家族・ご友人を含め第三者に売買・譲渡(金銭のやり取りがない場合も含む)することも禁止です。いかなる方法・理由であっても、転売・譲渡行為が発覚した場合はご入場をお断りいたします。ご入場いただけなかった場合でも、チケット代金等の払戻しは一切行いませんので、ご注意ください。

転売や譲渡により発生したトラブルは、いかなる場合も主催・主管・チケット公式販売元で一切責任を負いかねます。

ご来場の皆様が気持ちよく公演をお楽しみいただくためにも、違法に転売されたチケットの購入や譲渡はされないよう、お願いいたします。

■応援マーチについて

公演中の応援マーチ(LIGHT STICKなど)は胸の高さの位置でご使用ください。NewJeansの公式商品以外の光や音の出るマーチの使用は禁止いたします。

また、アーティストの肖像を使用した応援マーチや、他のお客様のご迷惑になるようなサイズの応援マーチの制作・使用は禁止いたします。

禁止されているマーチの持ち込み・使用を発見した場合は、会場外のコインロッカー等に預けてからご入場いただく場合や、従っていただけない場合ご入場をお断りする場合もございますのでご注意ください。

■違法マーチに関して

会場敷地内および、近隣の施設・公共の場にて、NewJeansの肖像や名称を利用した非公式マーチの販売・配布は禁止いたします。

悪質な場合は、違法行為として止むを得ず法的な処置を取らせていただく場合があります。

許可なくマーチなどを制作・販売する行為も違法ですが、違法商品を購入する行為も、違法行為を助長することになります。

ご来場の皆様が今後も安心してお楽しみいただくためにも、違法マーチは購入されないよう、お願いいたします。

■録音、録画、写真撮影、ライブ・ストリーミング等に関して

場内への撮影・録音機器(カメラ、撮影機能付き双眼鏡、レコーダー、ビデオ等録音機器)の持ち込み、場内でのカメラ・携帯電話などによる写真撮影、映像の撮影、音声の録音、ライブ・ストリーミング(音声・映像による生中継)等の行為は、アーティスト権利保護のため、一切禁止されています。

スマートフォン・撮影機能付き双眼鏡での盗撮・盗聴行為が多発しているため、公演中にスマートフォンがカバンやポケットから飛び出していたり、スマートフォン・双眼鏡を使用されている場合、係員が確認させていただく場合がございます。スマートフォンはマナーモードに設定の上、カバンの中にしっかりと収納をお願いいたします。

万が一撮影や録音等されている方を見つけた場合は、データ削除後、即刻ご退場になります。

この場合でも、チケット代金等の払戻しは一切行いませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

また、会場スタッフの業務妨害になる行為などは、会場の秩序を保つため、録音および撮影する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

■その他

・6歳未満入場不可・6歳以上有料

・先行販売で規定枚数に達し次第、受付を終了させていただきます。その場合、一般発売はございませんのであらかじめご了承ください。

・開場・開演時間、公演内容、出演者等は変更になる場合がございます。その際、チケットの払戻しはできかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・ご入場の際、ランダムでご本人様確認をさせていただきます。必ず以下の持ち物のご持参をお願いいたします。

実物の会員証は、Membership Kitご購入時にのみお送りしております。実物の会員証をお持ちではない方は、NewJeans Weverse > さらに表示( ⋮ ) > メンバーシップ画面にて「DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD」もご用意の上、ご来場をお願いいたします。

・演出によっては一部ステージが見にくい座席がございます。

・座席によっては一部着席でのご鑑賞になりますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・お身体の不自由な方や車椅子でご来場のお客様は、チケットご購入後、事前にH.I.P. 03-3475-9999（平日10:00～18:00）へご連絡ください。ハンディーキャップエリアへご案内いたします。

会場の構造上及び、申請していただいた方の人数によって、各席種エリア内でご用意できない場合がございます。

また、PREMIUM席・バルコニー席をご購入いただいた場合でも、PREMIUM席・バルコニー席エリア内でのご用意はできかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

・会場までの交通費・宿泊費は各個人の負担になります。

・お客様有志による会場内および公演中の企画などは、公演の運営・演出に支障をきたす可能性がございますので、禁止いたします。

・アーティスト来日時の空港での出待ち、入待ちは禁止されております。

・本注意事項に反する行為をされた場合、Bunnies Membership (JP) 会員の方は、退会扱いになることもございます。その場合の入会金および年会費などの払戻しも一切行いませんので、十分にご注意ください。

迷惑行為や危険行為は、公演中止の事態も招きかねません。

※Only those who have purchased membership at NewJeans Weverse Shop JAPAN are eligible to apply. (Those who purchased membership at the GLOBAL shop are not eligible for this pre-order.) Please make sure to confirm the shop where you purchased your membership before applying.

※All tickets will be issued as paper tickets. Please read the notes on ticketing page for issuing the tickets.(You don't need to sign up for Ticket Pia website.)

※Please be noted that cancellation / changes / refunds will not be accepted for any reason after ticket orders have been fulfilled.

※Please note that changes to information or cancellation of applications after completion will not be accepted under any circumstances. If you have applied for the same event multiple times, only the last application will be valid.

※Please purchase tickets from ticketing outlets listed on the Japan show website. Admission with tickets purchased from unofficial sites (such as ticket resale sites) cannot be guaranteed.

■Please be aware that baggage checks will take place upon entry to the venue and note that electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with camera functions, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) and dangerous items are prohibited. There are no storage facilities inside the venue. So please leave large items such as suitcases in nearby coin lockers before entering the venue.

■Please note that resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If ticket listings or purchases are found on auction sites, social medias, etc., the entry of the seller and buyer will be refused. Please note that these restrictions even apply to tickets that are given to other people for no charge. No refunds will be given for any ticket found to have been resold. Any problems directly related to tickets acquired through resale or transfer are not the responsibility of the organizer, promoter, or official ticket seller.

■Cheering merchandise (such as uchiwa fans and light sticks) should be used at no higher than chest height during the show. The use of non-official products emitting light or sound is prohibited. Additionally, the use of unofficial cheering merchandise featuring artist likenesses that cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited. If you are found in possession of such prohibited merchandise, you will be asked to store them in external lockers before entering the venue. You may be denied entry if you fail to comply with these instructions.

■Sale, distribution or purchase of unofficial merchandise using NewJeans' likeness or name in or around the venue is strictly prohibited. Please note that legal action may be taken against anybody trading unofficial merchandise.

■Recording or filming equipment (such as cameras, binoculars with camera functions, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) is not allowed to be brought into the venue. When in the venue any filming, audio recording or live streaming (live streaming of audio or video) is strictly prohibited. Please ensure your smartphone is set to silent mode and securely stored in your bag. If anyone is found to be recording, their data will be deleted and they will be immediately asked to leave the venue with no refunds payable. Please note that any disruptive actions may be filmed by venue staff for possible legal actions.

※Tickets may sell out during pre-order periods. In that case, on-sale will not be run.

2.Event ticket

Please note that if the name printed on the ticket does not match the name on the identification document, you will not be allowed to enter. 

※Please note that purchasers who bought tickets through the Bunnies Membership (JP)/(GL) pre-sale must also bring their Bunnies Membership (JP)/(GL) 'membership card' or 'DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD'. Physical membership cards are only sent when purchasing the Membership Kit. For those who do not have a physical membership card, please prepare the 'DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD' in the NewJeans Weverse > More Options ( ⋮ ) > Membership screen and bring it with you to the venue.

※After purchasing a ticket, please contact H.I.P. 03-3475-9999 (weekdays 10:00am - 6:00pm JST) in advance for guidance on disabled/wheelchair-accessible areas. 

You will be guided to the disabled/wheelchair viewing area. Depending on the space available and the number of people who have applied, it may not be possible to access seats within the area of the ticket purchased.

Please note that even if you have purchased PREMIUM and Balcony seats, we will not be able to provide you with a seat within the PREMIUM/Balcony seating area as there are no disabled/wheelchair viewing areas available in that area.

※We are unable to respond to inquiries concerning seat assignments. 

※Complaints relating to seat assignments will not result in refunds or seat transfers.

※Please note that the performance may be cancelled, curtailed or the content may be changed due to bad weather. 

※Accommodation expenses and transportation costs to the venue will be the responsibility of each individual. 

※Gifts such as flowers and offerings to the artist are not allowed. 

※Planned events or activities by fans during the show are prohibited as they may affect the operation and production of the event. 

※Please do not wait for or chase after the artist at the airport during their visit to Japan.

※Please adhere to the membership agreement and conditions specified for Bunnies Membership (JP). 

※If you violate these conditions, your membership (JP) may be withdrawn and there will be no refunds for enrollment fees or annual fees. 

Please do not engage in any disruptive or dangerous behavior as this may lead to the cancellation of the event. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following the staff's guidance at the venue. We look forward to seeing you at the show.
